The Tequila Room, our new private meeting space, is perfect for business meetings, lunch & learn events, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and business networking.
The Tequila Room seats 40 guests max for lunch/dinner or 50 guests max for mix & mingle events.
Room reservation and food orders must be received 72 hours in advance of an event. The Tequila Room is available during regular dining hours and is located upstairs in the Cantina. Please contact us at 918-584-0816 for available dates and times.
The private Tequila Room is available free of charge with a guaranteed food and drink minimum.
Payment for Tequila Room events must be one payer, not individual checks. Guests will be charged the cost of pre-ordered food if a cancelation request is not received more than 48 hours before an event.
Pre-order from either our Cantina Menu (select 3 or 4 items) or choose one of our popular Fiesta Bars! Fiesta Bars include chips and salsa, rice and beans.
El Rancho Grande Cantina offers a full bar including a large selection of tequilas, margaritas, draft and bottled beers. We can accommodate your budget and drink options with either an open bar or a limited bar menu. We can also create a special cocktail menu to celebrate your occasion.
We offer a blackboard at the bottom of the stairs directing your guests upstairs as well as a larger event blackboard upstairs to welcome your guests.
Our rustic tables are crafted from the original ceiling boards of the restaurant and do not require tablecloths. But if you would like to add some color or style to your event, we suggest renting linens from ABCO (AbcoParty.com) located just down the street at 2033 E 11th. Banquet table measurements are 8′ long, 28″ wide, and 42″ tall. Tip: A standard 10′ long tablecloth works well if doubled lengthwise.
The Tequila room is equipped with (2) 55″ televisions. Video presentations may be accessed via USB thumb drives or connected through an HDMI cord to your computer. A dry erase board is also available.

Can I order my favorite El Rancho Grande dishes upstairs?
A separate Cantina menu is offered upstairs. However, our Fiesta Bars include many of the popular items found on the dining room menu.
Can our group “spill out” into the Cantina?
Yes, feel free to invite your guests into the Cantina with our regular patrons. If necessary, we can provide wrist bands or tickets to ensure proper billing for you party.
Can I rent the entire upstairs for my event?
We can only reserve the Tequila Room for private events during regular business hours. We can offer the entire upstairs – which includes the Cantina, full bar and Tequila room – for rental on Sundays when the restaurant is closed. This space will accommodate larger groups (75 – 100 people) for events such as class reunions, retirement parties, and corporate functions. Contact us for availability and details.
Is the Tequila Room and Cantina handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, the Tequila room and Cantina is not handicap accessible. However, full bar service is available downstairs in the main dining room.
Are children allowed in the Tequila Room and Cantina?
Yes, children are allowed upstairs but may not sit at the actual bar.
