About El Rancho Grande
A local favorite, El Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant originally began in 1950 on Boulder between 6th and 7th and has been in its current location on Historic Route 66 since 1953.

Known for its authentic recipes, generations of Tulsans keep coming back for “Tulsa’s Best” cheese enchiladas and margaritas. Other specialties include Chile Colorado, tamales, and the Night Hawk combo, named one of the Five Greatest Mexican Meals in the U.S. in Gustavo Arellano’s book, “Taco USA.”

From the historic neon sign that still adorns the entrance, to the long-time staff still serving its loyal regulars, owners and brothers John and Jeff Walden constantly strive to preserve the restaurant’s 64-year history. For more information, visit www.GetTexMex.com.
